God brings you into the wilderness but he will always provide. He may not provide a way out of it right away but he will always provide for what you need, even if it’s just daily. That’s what he did for the Israelites in Exodus and he does that for us too.
I have walked through many different wildernesses and seasons of uncertainty. Yet, God has been faithful and provided for what I needed, just like he did for the Israelites on their way to the promised land.
God is so good and I can look back and see how he was faithful even when I was struggling with the circumstances I was facing. The uncertainty with different jobs, but he provided friends to help me get through it. Financial uncertainty at times because of different jobs or not knowing what job was next, yet God still provided what I needed. The confirmation and diagnosis of a chronic illness (PMOS, formerly called PCOS), yet so much healing in the last year and a half. Honestly, I feel like such a different person and am so extremely thankful for all the healing God has provided.
Surrender and giving it all to God is what he asks us to do. He actually wants to hear what’s on our mind, even the complaining. He is a God who listens and hears. And a Father who loves his children and wants them to flourish. The wilderness is not wasted time because God always provides. ❤️
He even provided a way back to him by allowing his son to die for our sins. We can now have eternal life with God in heaven if only we choose to believe in him. Wow.. what a gift! God provided what we needed most and through him we have salvation – the ultimate gift!
